How long will it take for my order to arrive?
ENDLESS undertakes to send your order in less than 24 hours from the completion of the order (business days). From that moment, the delivery time for shipments to Spain (Peninsula) is 72 hours for standard shipments, and 24 hours for express delivery (business days). Shipments to Balearic Islands have a delivery time of 3-4 days and shipments to Portugal have delivery time of up to approximately 72h. (business days) Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made by Postal Mail, so the delivery time can be up to a week.
For shipments to the EU, the delivery time may vary from 5 to 8 business days from the issuance of the order. Shipments outside the EU can take between 8 and 12 business days, depending on the country of destination.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have been issued cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel your order, send us an email to email@example.com notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason for cancellation, and we will do everything we can to help you. You can also manually cancel your orders in the order history of your user account. If you do not see the cancellation link, it is because we will probably have already prepared and sent your order.
Do you ship worlwide?
ENDLESS ships worldwide. It is important to keep in mind that some international shipments may eventually be subject to the payment of taxes and customs fees. In any case, ENDLESS undertakes to generate the necessary documentation for customs management, but in no case will it be responsible for the additional costs arising from the shipment.
Where is my order?
We want you to control your orders at all times. Therefore, when we send your order you will receive a confirmation email in which we will provide you with a link to track your order live. In addition, you can see this link in the “My Orders” section in your user account. If you have any questions or need to provide new information for the delivery of your order, you can contact Tipsa Customer Service.
What happens if i want to change my shipping adress?
Once your order has been sent, unfortunately we will not be able to make any change of address. Any change of post-shipment address will have an extra cost of € 5.95 which must be paid by bank transfer or via PayPal to the account firstname.lastname@example.org

What should I do if an item arrives defective?
ENDLESS only sells items in perfect condition, so, if exceptionally an item arrives in poor condition, contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
CHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I change my items?
We accept changes in the following cases:
- I received the order in poor condition
- I was wrong in size and I would like to change it. (Socks must to be in your original package without unpacking)
- The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another.
In any case, it is essential that the products subject to a change are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no change can be made. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted with the cardboard labels separated from the garment. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at ENDLESS in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order.
