Write us an email to email@example.com notifying you of your intention to change an item. When your change is approved by our Customer Service team, the new item will be sent to you with instructions to deliver the one that you will change to the courier at the time of delivery.
For changes of an international nature, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost. ENDLESS will not be responsible for any loss that the package has suffered during the shipment, and it will be the client's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
The period to make a change is 15 calendar days after receiving the order confirmation email.
If the reason for the change is justified (see “In which cases can I return an item?”), The expenses associated with the changes will be borne by ENDLESS. In case of needing successive changes, the cost of the same will be borne by the buyer, and will have a price of € 9.95, which must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal before its realization. For changes of an international nature, our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost. If you want to exchange a product for a different one from a different amount, the difference will be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. In no case may items be exchanged for others of lesser amount.
You do not need to send us the products you want to change. Once the change is approved by our Customer Service team, you will receive instructions on how to deliver the item you wish to change.
Can I return my purchase and receive a refund?
ENDLESS does not accept any type of return except when the product is delivered in poor condition. If you do not receive your order in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund on your credit card.
